Thank you for choosing Pstar for your personal training needs. We are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals and providing a high-quality experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Training Sessions (One-on-One or Group)

  • All training sessions are paid in full - NO REFUND

  • Cancellations: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

2. Online Programs / Digital Products

  • All digital product sales (e.g., workout plans, meal guides, video content) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact us at pstartraining@gmail.com, and we’ll assist promptly.

3. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for medical or emergency situations. Documentation may be required.
